Shreeji Krupa Bowls LLC, doing business as Curry & Queso (“Curry & Queso,” “we,” “us”) operates a loyalty & rewards program for our Knoxville, TN restaurant, including an SMS text-message program. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

  • Mobile phone number and your opt-in date/time, when you join our SMS program by texting CURRY to (865) 535-7481.
  • Loyalty activity — points balance, tier, visit history, and rewards redeemed.
  • Payment card identifiers — only the last 4 digits and card brand of cards you use at Curry & Queso, to recognize repeat visits and award points. We never store full card numbers, CVVs, or expiration dates, and we do not handle PCI-scope payment data — our point-of-sale provider, Toast, does.
  • Message history — the texts you exchange with our program.

How we use your information

To run the loyalty program: award and track points, send you account and tier updates, send up to 4 marketing messages per month, respond to your questions, and keep records of your consent.

SMS messaging frequency and rates

If you join our SMS program, you'll receive up to 4 marketing messages per month plus transactional messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for full program details.

How we share your information — mobile numbers

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support of our services — for example, our SMS messaging provider (Twilio) and our point-of-sale provider (Toast) — is permitted solely to operate the program. All other categories of use exclude text-messaging opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We retain consent records for at least 4 years, as required under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Other loyalty data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to run the program.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us at curryquesofarragut@gmail.com or (865) 535-7481.
